About Ionic Foot Detox
What is the Ionic Foot Detox Bath?
We use water charged with positive ions, and dead sea salt to detoxify our bodies. The colors appear as the result of a chemical reaction between the salts, ions and your body’s chemistry. We use the positive ions for 40 minutes, and negative ions for the last 10 minutes. The negative ions recharge your body with energy, detoxing can be quite a draining process.
Why is detox recommended?
Regardless of where we live, our environment is more polluted than at any time in history. The air we breath, the water we drink, the food we eat, plus all of the things we use that contain residue from petrochemicals, pesticides, herbicides, toxins, heavy metals and other chemicals. The accumulation of these toxins in our bodies contributes to the overall quality of our health and ultimately our lives.
What should I expect?
While soaking for 50 minutes, we will do some digging to find out what emotional blocks may be holding you back from your true potential. We will tap into to see what the best modality for you is. We will be able to discover what you need to uncover!
