APRIL

Medical Director, Cosmetic Injector, FNP-C

FNP-C April is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has been a nurse for over 15 years. April started her nursing career in the neonatal intensive care unit where she did transport and was a charge nurse. April advanced her career by going back to school and obtaining 2 master's degrees, one for nursing education and the other for nurse practitioner. April also has plans to pursue her doctorate in nursing. April focuses on delivering safe, educational, appropriate, evidence-based care to all her patients. April is up-to-date on all the latest cosmetic injections and techniques and is continuously advancing her skills with new training. She is very passionate about her patients and is committed to providing high-quality, natural-looking results.

April is a born and raised Texan but left her southern roots for the active lifestyle that the Pacific Northwest provides. She enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, snowshoeing, or anything outdoors. She stays busy not only doing outdoor activities but also taking care of her 1-year-old Labrador Retriever. 

April is trained to administer neurotoxins including BOTOX and Dysport, Microneedling, PRP, Filler, and Sculptra with the intention to add new skills including PDO threads. April uses injection techniques in compliance with all governing laws, regulations, and recognized quality standards.

SABEL

Manager, Advanced Esthetician

Having entered beauty school with a talent for makeup artistry in 1988 her whole world shifted when she was introduced to skincare and clinical procedures. The clinical aspect fed her lifelong interest in science and sparked her passion to have science meet beauty! After graduating in 1989 she went to work for area salons and eventually herself. Always studying and taking extra courses in her line of work, she developed signature treatment protocols and customized skin treatments. She entered the medical world in early 2000 and has never looked back.

Becoming a Certified Advanced Esthetician provided her access to many amazing laser technologies. She holds certifications in more than 10 different devices and prides herself in exceptional treatments and customer service. Fun fact: Sabel did the makeup for two Cherry Poppin' Daddy albums (have you ever heard of the song "Zoot Suit Riot"?)!

She is dedicated to her clientele and refers to them as friends and family. When she is not at work, Sabel loves to travel. She’s explored many parts of our world and one of her favorite things to do while traveling is to pick the perfect souvenir for the people she loves.

Giving back to the community is a part of who she is and she consistently volunteers with CAFA, Eagan’s Warming Center, and Hosea.

SHAY

Advanced Esthetician

Shay is a licensed esthetician and has certified training in advanced esthetics. With a deep passion for helping others enhance their natural beauty and boost their confidence, she specializes in providing a range of personalized services that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each client. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and products in the beauty industry, she provides a welcoming and comfortable environment for our Alora Wellness & Spa guests with a truly holistic approach to beauty and wellness.

Shay is dedicated to minimizing her impact on the environment and promoting a healthier, more sustainable future for both our guests and the planet. This includes everything from bamboo or reusable tools to eco-friendly and effective disinfection materials. Each service is designed to nourish the body, mind, and soul, as Shay believes that beauty should never come at the expense of our planet or our health. All treatments are performed using the highest quality products, so our clients can feel confident receiving their treatments.

Overall, Shay creates a safe place that represents individuality and acceptance where you can relax, unwind, and indulge in the luxurious treatments you deserve, all while knowing that you are supporting a business that is committed to making a positive impact on the planet

HANNAH

Medical Office Assistant, In-House Marketer

Hannah is one of the shining faces you will see around Alora Wellness and Spa. She started her career in aesthetics in June 2020 and immediately fell in love with everything it has to offer. From medical-grade skincare to BOTOX Cosmetic and Dermal Fillers, her favorite part of aesthetics is seeing the customers leaving happy and glowing. Hannah is extremely passionate about creating a smooth operating office for guests as well as staff members. She finds joy in being the problem solver and loves a good challenge

On her days off, you will find her with her two dogs and boyfriend, Kaelen, at the coast, in Portland or Seattle. She loves to go thrift shopping for vintage clothes, furniture, and jewelry. She is a very big music lover and will snag a concert ticket every chance she gets! 

RACHEL

Certified Clinical Medical Assistant

Rachel began her career in the medical field in 2016 and has been working professionally with laser and energy-based machines since 2018. Rachel has extensive experience in aesthetics with specific knowledge in lasers, radio frequency, hair removal and body contouring.

At Alora Wellness & Spa, Rachel will be offering Red Light Therapy, Lasers, TruSculpt, and Teeth Whitening. She is a Certified Medical Assistant and is currently expanding her credentials in lasers and aesthetics. Rachel is known as Little Laser Lady and specializes in all things laser!

Rachel doesn't believe that beauty is one size fits all. It's important to her to provide an inclusive environment, where all feel comfortable and welcome. Her favorite part of her job is helping people feel confident in their skin. Confidence is beautiful and Rachel is your hype girl!

In her free time you'll find Rachel spending time with her favorite people; her son and significant other. They love spending time outdoors, cooking delicious vegan food, and hanging out with their cat, Wednesday. Additionally, Rachel loves practicing yoga and all the benefits that it offers.

BOBBI JO

Cosmetic Tattoo Artist

Bobbi Jo, an esteemed tattoo artist and instructor licensed in the state of Oregon, brings over 15 years of valuable experience to the dynamic world of tattooing. Aside from being a tattoo shop owner, this pacific northwesterner has been co-owner of a successful national tattoo ink company and local tattoo supply company, giving her a huge advantage of industry and pigment knowledge and education over the competition. Bobbi Jo runs her business, Boho Cosmetic Tattoo, through Alora Wellness & Spa.

Bobbi has had hundreds of hours of training from top companies in the industry including; Phibrows, Baltic Brows/Rita Roma, Scalp Micro USA and hundreds of successful procedures under her belt. 

KIM

Licensed Esthetician, Acne Specialist

Kim has been a Licensed Esthetician since 2013. She was inspired to pursue this career by Advanced Esthetician, Sabel. Sabel helped Kim to develop good skincare routines in her 30’s. When Kim began to consider what she wanted to do as a mid-life career change she simply wanted to be a Sabel.

 Although she has made a different focus for her business, much of what Sabel taught her during those years is passed along to her patients today.



Kim offers relaxing, customized spa facials, with a specialty focus on helping those suffering from acne - both teens and adults. Since 2015, she has been certified through Face Reality Skincare as an Acne Specialist. Kim's professional passion is to help those with acne gain clear skin and confidence! With a combination of treatments, products, and lifestyle changes, she has been able to help many patients achieve clear skin after literally trying “everything".

In addition to facials and acne options, Kim offers facial waxing - eyebrows, lip, chin, ear, and nose.

Lyndy

I began my career in the medical field in 2015 starting out in a plastic surgeon's office. It was in that office that I grew to love cosmetic injectables and the confidence they gave to those receiving them. It is my goal as an injector to help people of any age feel and look their best. I look at each individual as a work of art and love to bring their best features to the surface. I value human connection and love to create long-lasting relationships with my patients.

I love education and staying current on all medical practices. I am a second-year nursing student and would love to continue on to become a nurse practitioner.

In my free time, I’m enjoying the outdoors with my spouse and wild boys. We are avid river runners in the summer and snowboarders in the winter. Anything adrenaline-filled outdoors we are up to trying!

ALLISON

Licensed Esthetician, Brow Queen

Allison was born in Los Angeles, CA but has lived in Eugene for about 16 years. She was originally going to school for Psychology but always had a passion for beauty so she switched over to Esthetics and she LOVES it! Allison enjoys makeup, waxing, and all things skincare. She offers a variety of services at Alora Wellness & Spa including teeth whitening, brow services, lash services, chemical peels, and facials. Allison is known as the Brow Queen and loves helping patient's achieve an "on-point" brow look through brow lamination, brow waxing, and brow henna.

In her free time, she enjoys hiking, traveling, basketball, and hanging out with her 3 cats. 

HAILEY

Front Office Coordinator

When you visit Alora Wellness & Spa, Hailey is one of the beautiful, smiling faces you will be greeted by! Hailey is new to the world of aesthetics, but she already knows that she loves it! Her favorite part is seeing how happy and confident patients feel when they leave. With Hailey's sweet voice and calm demeanor, we know that your scheduling, check-in, and check-out process will be seamless. 

Halena

Front Desk Coordinator

Prior to joining the Alora team part-time, I worked as a CNA full time for 3 years. Since starting as a front office coordinator in January 2023, I have been lucky to meet so many wonderful members of our community as well as having co-workers who have become like family to me. I am currently working towards getting my CCMA and looking forward to being more hands on with our clients. My favorite part about working here is seeing people leave with either a self confidence boost or much needed relaxation from their day to day lives. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with friends and family eating a good meal, self-care days, and adventuring outside.

KATIE

Licensed Massage Therapist

Katie has been a licensed massage therapist since 2018 and absolutely loves her career. Having started out as an equine massage therapist, she has quite a unique journey to finding massage therapy. She has years of experience working in Chiropractic offices, primarily working with car accidents, repetitive motion injury, and chronic pain patients. In 2019 she had the amazing opportunity to work with UCF athletes during a sports massage training apprenticeship in Florida where she was able to assist with post-workout recovery and overall body wellness for these athletes.

Being a competitive West Coast Swing dancer, Katie specializes in working with dancers and has an understanding of how wonderful, but difficult this sport can be. Massage has come to her rescue many times and she loves being able to provide a helpful service for the dancing community.

Having the opportunity to promote relief and healing for people from all walks of life has been incredibly rewarding for Katie and has filled her life with much purpose. She hopes to be able to extend the same blessing, encouragement, kindness, and healing to everyone she has the privilege to work with.
