Katrina hails from Portland Oregon. She attended the University of Oregon, where she earned a degree in Public Relations with a minor in African Studies. Before starting her career as an Esthetician, Katrina was the Marketing and Communications Manager for a Eugene-based emergency preparedness company. She traveled throughout the United States and Latin America to document the company’s efforts to equip responders with the supplies they needed to save lives. The position allowed Katrina to flex her story-telling skills and reemphasized the priority she places on helping people.
Katrina was motivated to begin her career in esthetics after a hard-fought battle with acne. She began as a client at Alora, where she found guidance from its team of multi-talented skincare professionals. When Katrina reclaimed her skin and her confidence, she felt called to start a new career that would allow her to be of service in a similar way.
Today, Katrina specializes in full body waxing and facial services, but also offers teeth whitening, lash lift & tints and makeup application at Alora. She believes that self-care is an important part of holistic daily wellness. When she’s not helping others love the skin they’re in, you can catch her instructing at StarCycle, fire dancing, or spending quality time with her senior dog, Ralph.
