How do I schedule an appointment?

Call the front desk at 541-228-9595 or schedule via our online scheduling tool.

How early should I arrive for my first appointment?

We recommend arriving 10 minutes early if it’s your first visit. This gives you time to complete any remaining forms and relax before your treatment begins.

I don't know what treatment is best for my goals, what should I do?

Schedule a #GlowUpAlready Consultation with one of our specialists to have the perfect GLOW plan formulated for you. The #GlowUpAlready Consultation is a 30-minute consultation to go over anything you'd like to address. From there, Alora's specialists will formulate a treatment plan, tailored to your needs. If your need requires treatment outside of our practice - no worries! We will refer you to the best in the field. This consultation requires a $75 non-refundable deposit that can be used towards your GLOW plan.

Do you offer any financing options?

Yes, we accept CareCredit and Cherry financing plans! CareCredit offers interest-free financing for 12 months. You can apply online and get a decision in minutes. Cherry payment plans are partnered with Allē to offer convenient payment options for today's top nonsurgical treatments.

Can I transfer or gift my package or membership to someone else?

Yes — with advance notice, membership or package benefits can be transferred or gifted, provided the recipient meets eligibility requirements. Contact us ahead of time so we can facilitate the change properly.

What happens if I miss a session in my treatment package?

If you miss one appointment, we’ll work with you to reschedule at the next available slot. Packages typically allow for occasional rescheduling, but we do ask that you give us sufficient notice so your treatments stay on track.

Are there any contraindications or conditions that disqualify me from certain treatments?

Yes — for safety, certain medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities may make some services unsuitable. During your #GlowUpAlready consultation, we’ll review your health history and determine which treatments are safe and appropriate for you.

Do you offer customized home care or skincare plans to maintain results between visits?

Absolutely. After many treatments, we recommend a tailored home-care routine to support and extend results. We can recommend medical-grade skincare, supplements, or lifestyle adjustments based on your skin and goals.

How do I know when it’s time for a touch-up or maintenance session?

We’ll monitor your progress and suggest ideal intervals for maintenance based on your treatment type, skin or body response, and personal goals. Typically, we’ll schedule follow-up check-ins to assess whether a touch-up is needed before signs of regression appear.

Is there any downtime after a BioRePeel treatment?

BioRePeel has little to no downtime. You may notice slight redness or tightness for a few hours, but most clients return to normal activities the same day.

What’s the difference between PRF and traditional filler?

PRF uses your own plasma to stimulate natural collagen and restore volume gradually. Dermal fillers add instant volume using hyaluronic gel. PRF is 100% natural—no synthetic material.

Can I wear makeup after a facial or peel?

For light facials, makeup can usually be applied after 24 hours. For chemical peels, microneedling, or PRF facials, it’s best to wait 24–48 hours to avoid irritation and allow skin to heal properly.

What should I expect during my first visit to Alora Wellness & Spa?

Your initial visit includes a conversation about your goals, a skin assessment and recommendations tailored to your needs. You’ll get a clear plan and an understanding of what to expect from any treatments you choose. Many treatments can be performed at your initial visit, or you can schedule a follow up when you’re ready to get started!

How long do most appointments take?

Most of the services we offer take between 30 to 60 minutes to perform, depending on the treatment. During scheduling, our team will let you know how much time to set aside so your visit feels relaxed and unrushed.

Can I combine multiple treatments in the same appointment?

Yes, many of our services pair quite well together, and we love to see the dramatic results our patients can achieve! Our team can help you plan a combo treatment visit that fits your goals and keeps your skin safe and comfortable.

Is there any downtime after your treatments?

Downtime varies by service, but most of our treatments allow you to get back to your day right away. If a procedure requires temporary restrictions, we’ll review them with you beforehand.

Do you offer treatments for sensitive skin?

Absolutely. We customize each service to meet your skin’s needs and use products and techniques that are gentle yet effective for sensitive skin types.

How soon will I see results?

Some treatments like injectables and teeth whitening offer a noticeable boost right away, while others build results gradually over days or weeks. We’ll explain the results you can expect and when you can expect them before performing any treatment.

What products do you recommend using after a treatment?

We have a wealth of experience seeing which skin care lines and specific products tend to work best following the treatments we offer. We’ll guide you toward products that support your skin’s recovery and help maintain results. Recommendations depend on the treatment you received and your overall skin goals.

Can I wear makeup after my appointment?

This depends on the service. Many treatments allow for makeup the same day, while others require you to wait a bit until your skin calms and absorbs post-care products.

Do you treat all skin types and tones?

Yes. Our team is trained to safely and effectively treat a wide range of skin types and complexions using techniques and technologies designed for inclusivity.

How often should I schedule treatments?

The ideal schedule varies based on your skin needs and the type of service. We find that most of our patients see their best results by visiting with us about 3 to 4 times per year. We’ll help you create a treatment plan that supports long-term skin health and consistent results.

Are your injectors and providers licensed?

All of our medical and aesthetic providers are fully licensed and trained in the treatments they perform. Here at Alora, we prioritize safety, experience and high-quality care.

What’s the best age to start injectables or skincare treatments?

There’s no “right” age—it depends on your goals and what you want to achieve. We tailor recommendations based on your skin concerns and our in-office skin assessment rather than your age.

Can I get treatments while pregnant or breastfeeding?

In short, some services are suitable, while others should be postponed. Let us know if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding so we can guide you toward safe options.

Do you offer maintenance plans or memberships?

Yes! Our memberships pair many of our most popular treatments into a package priced priced at a considerable discount with plenty of additional perks thrown in!

How far in advance should I book my appointment?

Scheduling a bit ahead is helpful, especially during our busiest seasons. That said, we’ll always do our best to find a time that works for you, even on short notice.
