Sculptra® Aesthetic

As a poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) collagen stimulator, Sculptra Aesthetic helps restore the deep, underlying structure of the skin to diminish facial wrinkles. Sculptra Aesthetic works with your body within the deep dermis to help revitalize collagen production and help restore your skin’s inner structure and volume. As the Sculptra Aesthetic PLLA microparticles are absorbed, they help stimulate collagen production. Rebuilt collagen strands begin gradually helping to restore facial volume and the look of fullness to wrinkles and folds.

Sculptra Aesthetic is made with biocompatible, biodegradable, synthetic material called poly-L-lactic acid, which is gradually and naturally absorbed by the body and helps to rebuild lost collagen through a series of treatments administered by a trained specialist. The specialist injects treatment within the deep dermis, where strands of collagen support your skin's structure. Over time, Sculptra Aesthetic helps the body reproduce lost collagen.

During your first visit, a Sculptra Aesthetic specialist will discuss your treatment goals and perform a facial/body analysis to determine the appropriate treatment areas for you. Treatment takes less than an hour and most people report very little discomfort. Topical numbing can be requested at the time of booking.

The number of vials of Sculptra needed is dependent on how much collagen and volume is lost. On average, 3 appointments are needed over a few months to achieve the best results. Results can last up to 2 years with one vial needed annually to maintain.
